1st Appeal
I had complained against illegal construction, but after more than 45 days, no reply from BMC, T ward, I filed an RTI regarding action taken on my complaint, but recieved reply, that they dont have any kind of information regarding my complaint, so I filed 1st Appeal, today on 7th December 2011, I was called for Hearing, but the concerned officer told me that they dont have any information on my complaint and my RTI, now what to do , where can I get information, because they are hiding the information.
Pls help.

Did you submit complaint and RTI Application by Regd Post AD or Speed Post? If yes, did you preserve the Ack or Speed Post tracking report? If it is submitted by hand, have you taken acknowledgement? If not, you cannot prove submission of Complaint as well as RTI Request.Sponsorer
In that case, it is better to start afresh by submitting complaint by Speed Post - delivery can be tracked through this link : SPEED POST TRACKING : http://india.gov.in/outerwin.php?id=http://services.ptcmysore.gov.in/speednettracking/
Thereafter, you can follow it up with RTI Application.
