Need Help: Tnpsc

Hi,

I send a rti application to the PIO of tnpscand when there was no reply I filed my first appeal to the Appelate authority.When there was no reply from him I filed my second appeal in the Tamilnadu Information Commission. After this Ireceived a reply from the PIO and the appellate authority on the direction of Information Commission. But that was a diverting explanation refusing to provide the information I seeked. What should I do now? Should I write to the Infomation Commission about this reply? Will the Information Commisssion close my case after this ? Please guide me about the procedure followed by Information Commisson after this. Also guide me what should I do to get the required information.
