Need Help: RTI APPLIction by EPFO Rejected

dear members

i had applied details to the EPFO for obtaining employee PF details of the compnay M/s Indfrag limited the details i asked are below

received the reply from the employee provident fund organisation as below

if you are not satisfied with the reply and if you so desire you may file an appeal before sri.S.Raghuram RPFC-1 and appellate authority in this office

Please suggest should i apply under section13 of the RTI act please provide what reasons i need to give
