regarding compliant against school authority

dear sir,

this is regarding compliant against school authority. my wife is a school teacher in a private school.
while appointing school authority takes my wife originals certificates they say its for security reasons even they not gave any receipt for that. now due to some medical reasons my wife not able to continue the job. after taken all clearance by us school authority now they are afraid to give back original certificates.when we ask authority they give unnecessary excuses. In this condition what will we do
pls help me out !!!!!!!!

RTI cannot help you in this matter as it is a private school. My suggestion- Contact labour lawyer immediately .
