Re: victimisation

Let me appraise my fellow cityzens to read 'Newtons third law of motions' before entering into any avoidable misadventure. When you inconvenience a person, you cannot expect him to refrain from inconveniencing you . If you are not in a position to withstand or sustain the inconveniences if caused to you, why do you want to say "Aao Behal Mujche Mar" ?

Government claim that transfers are not a punishment nor the Conduct Rules stipulate transfers as punishment. It is only an administrste requirement for the efficient functioning of the department. But there is no secret that transfer is a powerful weapon at the hands of the administration. Similarly RTI Act also has given a cityzen including public servant adequate powers to probe. You cannot tell the administration not to use thier weapon when you use yours.

So do I. But I would like to once again draw your attention to this blog: http://www.rtiindia.org/forum/blogs/...formation.html . You may need it in the future.
No doubt our army officers are among the bravest in the world but the problem is that they expect everyone to be like them.

No offence meant

Re: victimisation

This is what I have stated in my recent blog that RTI users are always under the risk of being harassed and victimised. Where transfer is not possible, other means are adopted to supress the RTI user.
