The AP Information Commission has penalised only ONE PIO....

The applicants who approached AP Information Commission are now in the conclusion that no justice will be done in the Commission even afer 9 months after filing 2nd appeal. Recently many activists of RTI mada a "DHARNA" before the Commission's office. But there is no hope that the Commission will improve its working pattern.

There are cases pending for more than a year ! many opinionate that This prolonging delay may be to discourage the appellants. Many cases are returned saying the appellants does not follow the appeal procedure rules( like, the enclosures are not self attested or time barred) and strangely this return process takes place after many months.
The existence of AP Information commission with this type of clerics of RTI act , (who could do no justice to RTI Act and who could only deliver some colorful reports and the Reports containing a way away from truth ) is just a waste of Public money.

RTI act got enacted by parliament to get wasted by many chief ICs and ICs.

In that journey , The PIOs are speed bumps. The 1st AAs are blockades and the CICs/Ics are dead ends. And we citizens are pedestrians with out shoes under scorching sun.
( of course I add ,---not all PIos , 1st AAs & CIC/ICs ,--- but many).
