Plot Development

Hi,

I would like to kown how much area a builder can develop on a plot of say 10,000 sq. ft. and having no set backs or reservations. Also, how much percentage of the total area is for balcony FSI, Dry balcony, Flower beds, servant toilets, society office and other concessions available to the builder. Also, what is the BMC ratio for calculating carpet area from built up area. Also, state which of the aabove listed falls in free catagory and are not counted in the building FSI.

I didn't get your query. Do you wish to have a copy of the municipality's rulebook regarding construction? Then you can file an RTI application with your municipality to get that. If you are seeking suggestions on construction this matter is outside the scope of discussions in this portal.
