sir, if no reply received within the stipulated time, lose no time in making the first appeal as the concerned
PIO is violating the law i.e.
rti act 2005. he is liable for punishment for not giving the information without adequate reason. this is the only way. trying to approach the concerned
PIO of the police dept may not be of any use. as all of us know, less said about their approach towards the public, the better.
