Need Help: Illegal Space Occupied by Hotel

Hi ,

Our society has a hotel , thats road facing . But the backside

of the hotel has one gate toward the society compound . The hotel owner

has been using this space , for the their keeping of the things , and also

been using this space ( approx 200 sq.ft ) for the daily activities like

storage or cutting , and as a result this dirties this compound . Whenever

a complain made , he threatens people with his influences & boasts

that soc. cant take action on him .

Kindly HELP . as we want to clear this problem , as its becomming

untolerable .
