Complaint for Income Tax Raids.

I want to pass on information to income tax deptt. against my one of our neighbour ,who have gathered huge black money & possess dis-proportionate wealth against their known souces of income . The said persons are hoarders, land grabbers and also have huge benaami properties and who are very rude with everybody .
As a law abiding citizen, I request for the procedure and information by which I can highlight their misdeeds to income tax deptt.

What Sandeep means is that you can not be direct on these issue. You could probably frame up questions like filing of income -tax returns of people residing in your locality.

Otherwise , I believe there is a cell at IT Deptt. where you can drop in your query..

The ideal thing would for example be to identify the properties if you know which are on benamis and ask for the records from Registrar office and cross verify. The other attempt could be to ask for records suggested by Shan, and another way of trying to unearth would be to identify the registered companies on their name and seek information on IT monies paid by the companies and lokk for discrepancies.
