CIC recommend to High Courts disclose all the information as per the provisions of subsection (1) (b) of Section 4 of the RTI Act within 3 months.

The disclosures made by the High Court atGuwahati in this regard offer a very good model and can be easily emulated. Thecompliance of the order should be reported to us thereafter.
