If a civilian seeks - whether a Litigation would be accepted or Not by the Court, Can the concerned person seek information about admissibility of a litigation in concerned Court under RTI ?
Whether Courts can provide for Information on Indian Laws in relation to Private Affairs like - Family Law/ Divorce Laws etc.

Under RTI, you can only ask for "information" . Read Sec 2(f), 2(i) and 2(j) of the RTI Act 2005: Right to Information Act 2005

You cannot ask for any clarifications, opinions or advice.

The other queries are not at all related to RTI, therefore out of purview of this portal.

It is a basic rule that PIO can only provide information that exists on record. He cannot give his personal opinion. The questions mentioned by you are of a hypothetical nature and are most likely to be rejected on the grounds of they not being "information" as defined by the RTI Act.
