Dear SNGupta ji,
Govt. Employees themselve's are reaping all the benefits of
RTI to the hilt.
But when it comes to Public the same Officer's don't allow them to reap
any benefits at all, creating all sorts of stumbling blocks on the way.
The Govt. Employees should be more sensitive on the Public's right to information.
