There are so many Govt employee and only 20 percent employees are being adjusted in system and they may used in public interest. The Govt employee who has lobbing may not favour any act of tranparency because they are enjoying Govt like proprietor. We must support the user of
RTI if they are Govt employee because they only open the door of
RTI. Every Govt employee is not in position to over rule the rules only some Govt employee having powerful lobbing are acting adverse to indian public. If we will treat all Govt employee as one society and will not favour the
RTI users who are Govt employee them whole
RTI will end in the books. Please think once again it is my experience.
