RTI after penalty on PIO
PIO is Dy. Director of Education and was imposed penalty of Rs.25,000 which was to be deducted from his salary, on conducting a wrong inquiry against a teacher. I want to know whether penalty is deducted from his salary as per the instructions of CIC and whether department has taken any action against him for his misdeeds. What is the impact of such penalities on the services of a govt. employee ? Can anybody help me framing questions for that ?

Reference CIC order Nr.......dated..............wherein the CIC imposed a penalty of Rs 25,000.00 to be deducted in...........installments, starting from the month of ......................Sponsorer
Please provide me the following information:
1. Copies of records showing that the above deductions were actually made from the salary of Mr...................... during the months of.....................................
2. Copies of any records showing if the competent authority took any administrative action against..................... for the above mentioned misdemeanour.
