ECGC Bangalore office not replying to my queries
Greetings to you from Malawi.
I am an Indian citizen residing in Malawi and doing business and also promoting Indian made products into this country, for the last two decades, through my business.
I represent a few reputed companies such as Godrej, Tata, Kl hitec etc from India
ECGC ( Export Credit Guarantee Corporation) Bangalore office have circulated a false comment about my company with an intention of tarnishing my companys reputation.
. I requested them as to where they got the information about the same without verifying the facts.
I have never corresponded with them nor have any dealings with them. Yet they seem to have passed on information to some of teh banks in India for reasons best knwon to them.
I have sent them emails ( also to their head office and the CEO) and did did remind them once. But they are not responding.
This means there has been an intentional strategy to disrepute me.
I would look forward to your guidance as to how I can file a complaint under RTI. The Indian embassy for Malawi is located in Zambia and they are a very difficult lot .
I have representatives in Bangalore who can pay the fees etc for the application
Pls advise me as to how to go about and get the information I want
Thanking you

Make effective:

You can send signed application to your representative in bangalore and he can mail with postal order of Rs.10 to ECGC at Bangalore through speed post.
You can seek all the file notings, process notes and papers relied relating to its circular affecting your reputation. In the application as a note mention that you are proprietor/partner/director of company, if circular mention your firm name etc. You should give address C/O of your representative, so that ECGC can mail in India.
WE GET GOVT WE DESERVE. WHAT DO YOU PLAN FOR 2013?
