There is nothing wrong if the Govt employee uses the
RTI. What needs to be done is to make other citizens also to use the Act for their benefit. If we expect Govt employees to do it, we will only be disappointed. Such awareness among the public can be created by activists only. If we look at it the other way, we can see that once the Govt employees taste the benefit of
RTI they will also implement it properly and become more responsive.
