co-operaive housing society dear sir,
in our society, the treasurer is not a society member, his son his a member. what he is done he is taken power of attorney of his son and his running society day today work. it is possible in co-operative society?
pl.guide me for the same? and also inform me that what type of power he is having.
if possible pl.mail me soft copy for the same.
