AP: HC: Appoint information commissioners soon
I have come to know that the petitioner in that petition before the AP High Court has filed an affidavit requesting the HC to "dispose off" his petition.
As someone practicing in the HC, can you get me a copy of that affidavit ?

Re: need any help from me?
Dear Mr. Ram,
I am a retired bank official and at present I am devoted to helping needy and taken up almost six cases at CIC and four cases at APSIC and by grace of God I am successful.
Unfortunately, for the last four years I have taken up the cause of a 86year lonely widow case belonging to below poverty line status. Her late son has leased land to a PSU for establishing petrol bunk in 1960 and the lease was for forty years. In 1980, he himself has leased the land to PSU, and as you know lease deed must be a registered document but I could not get renewed lease in 1980,and he was receiving lease rent in his name till 1980 and after 1980, he has shifted to Hyd and gave authorisation letter to dealer of PSU for collection of Rs.,260/- quarterly and through him he used to receive the rent. Rent was not paid after his death by dealer stating that rent is not being paid to him due to a court litigation. Real lessor's mother left Guntur and returned back to Gunturin 2003 and only after preliminary decree was given in 2007 , she has come to know that dealer has filed partiti;on suit claimining that his father has purchased the leased land from victims late son in 1964. If it is true, victim's son entering into lease in 1980 and receiving lease rent there after doesnot arise. On the other hand, for collection of lease rent belonging to his family in 1964, he need not obtain authorisation letter from real lessor in 1980 for the land disposed to them in 1964. Real lessor's mother filed a partition suit claiming that it was established joint family property and the earllier partition suit was a fraud through forgery. The case was dismissed treating that she has lost possession and Hon. Judge ignored lease particulars and the lease was still in the name of victim's son though dealer has been claiming that the lease was in the name of this father. PSU is not producing lease deed and suppressed name of real lessor in both partition suits first filed by dealer and the next victim's. I could get 4 CIC decisions for furnishing information and PSU has not furnished inspection and allowing inspection and CIC has not taken any action inspite of tens of reminders. Immediately after first decision, victim has filed a writ mandamus for implementing CIC decision in AP High Court, and PSU has promised to furnish the information stating that it is prejudice when writ is pending and in writing asked her to withdraw writ if she wants information. But they have cheated her.
Now the appeal is pending at AP High Court stating that as lease is still in the name of her son, adv stamp duty is not necessary.
Now, can you please guide me as to how I can get CIC decisions implemented, as I have tried my level best through their Corporate Office at Mumbai, Area office at Chennai, Hyderabad and Territory office at Vijayawada and minimum 600 letters were addressed to MD, GM, Director, Area Manager, Territory Manager etc.,
Thanking you in anticipation.
Yours faithfully,
G.L.N. Prasad.
