police verification process

Sir,
I have completed the police verification successfully at the local police station here in Vasco_da-Gama, Goa on 05-Nov-2008. I would like to know how many days will it take for this report to reach the passport office at Panaji, Goa. Awaiting for your kind reply.

Ususally such reports from the local police stations are sent to the higher authorities in the police department like the office of the Commissioner of Police and from there all such reports from various stations are bunched up and sent to the passport office. Hence add another week for the process to be completed.
