    Angry Penalty rate betwwen sonipat and delhi in sleeper class having general class tickets

    Dear sir,

    i am more excited and curious to know that if i have belong to A general class tickets having 3 peoples including (a lady and 6 months child + 2 adults) for the journy from sonipat upto delhi.

    and due to over crowd we have to board in sleeper class, during time TT was charged me the penalties.

    and we had paid as per demand.

    please confirm me the actual consolidated charges payble each person as per mentioned distance upto 40 Km only.

    Please take it urgent.
