Rampant violation of RTI regulations
Same is the position of some benches in Punjab Information Commission, which don't bother record the statement/written submission of Appellants in the orders pronounced by them. Punjab Information Commission boasts to follow the RTI rules also as like the Commissioner, Ludhiana Municipal Corporation gave the stereotype statement.

Where the Appellants should go to who give their precious time of their personal life for public interest? It is not practically possible for us to go to the High Court in each and every case of RTI rules violation.

Re: Rampant violation of RTI regulations
Respected members. Your friend is also agreed with the view that there is rampant violation of R.T.I. regulations by the authorities who ought to be instrumental in promoting the act. It has been common practice in U.P.S.I.C. that during entertaing second appeal hon'ble commissioners does not consider the violation section 7(1) of R.T.I. Act 2005 by PIOs and section 19(1) by F.A.As. During the hearing of second appeal, whatever noting is made in on the paperbook by the commissioner same is not pursued by commission itself on next date of hearing. itself.Sponsorer
