I am a retired official from National Institute of Rural Development, Hyderabad.
My wife, Yasodhara Devi is also retired as a scientist from National Geophysical Research institute, Hyderabad. We have 2 daughters and both of them married and settled, one in USA and other in Malaysia. I am a member of Senior citizen's association in Hyderabad. I am interested in RTI and its immense use in arresting bureaucratic delays in matters of importance to citizens.
