    Let's wait for one more inquiry panel to submit its report or instant file goes missing from the record of LMC as happens in so many cases. There were much more wrongdoings have been exposed in past in the instant JNNURM project in Ludhiana Municipal Corporation, which is being sponsored by Central Government.
