Need HR policies of Air India and Jet Airways

I am Ms.Meenu Dhall, a research scholar of university of rajasthan jaipur, i am doing phd on topic,"Human resource management in airlines in india- a comparative study of public and private sector airlines in india for the study period of 2000- 2010" in this research i need general overview of hr policies such as training, recruitment, compensation etc, of both the companies i.e Air india and jet airways. For the purpose have also visited both the companies hr offices based in mumbai on my personal expense from jaipur but no support or proper guidance was provided from there end. Have also mailed and talked to Mr. V M Datar, DGM personnel in Air India, he is the PIO for HRD related information but till yet no response has come.
My Guide has instructed to appeal in rti for the information, sir i need to submit the thesis in april 2012 have very limited time i have completed all the thesis work only one chapter of hr policies is remaining which will be of around 50 pages.
Please consider this on urgent basis and guide soon.

Using RTI you will get Information only from Air-India . Jet is a private operator , hence not covered under RTI directly .
You may file RTI Appl to relevant CPIO , O/o Air India along with Rs.10 IPO payable to A.O., Air India .

sir i have visited the hr departments personally in mumbai, but they stopped me at gate because i was not having any source or reference letter.
sir if i move directly to CPIO of air india will they give me attention and support?

I do not know . But if you need it , you have to try . But do file an RTI Appl along with .

sir so according to your guidance i should try both things at same time means personally visit PIO as well as file RTI appeal, sir can i file appeal online here itself and make the payment also online. or will need to move some office?
