CPIO to refund fees since audio recordings provided late
CIC has recently ruled that the CPIO has to refund the additional fees paid by the applicant since the audio recordings were provided beyond the 30 day time limit.
The PIOs contention was that the "information" was not available to him but on enquiry, CIC found out that the Information was indeed available in the public authority.
