Building Permission

In the year 2003 i have approached the Municipal office and asked them
for Layout Regularization Scheme they told me to pay 14000 for regularization for plot..........

After i payed the amount in the year 2003 they told me that .......they are not giving permission to construct building .............. so then i asked for the money they told me u must wait for some days...............
now when i am constructing a house in the year 2008 the GHMC people are asking about LRS
I told them that when i have paid the amount long back u did not do anything ............ presently i have stopped my construction because LRS , I asked about the amount paid by me in the year 2003, I even have the receipt....... Pls help me out of this problem

File an RTI application with the municipal corporation seeking all information you want. You can ask for:
1. Reasons for delaying the permission
2. Copy of receipt for amount paid
3. Present status etc.
