hello, dear sir, I want to know about procedure to get information from any Govt of India Department. i.e. I was deponent of Delhi Milk Scheme years ago. Now, I resigned. They taken security of Rs. 20000/- and alloted me a depo for sale of milk on commission basis. I have all the relevent papers. But in August 23, 2007, MCD demolish the depot saying illegal construction. The DMS officers say we have all the legal papers regarding this. There are some other cases are pending of these types. But no action taken by them, I think. Now I want to know what are the steps taken by DMS for their demolished depots by MCD. Please guide me for the same.
