As a matter of safe guarding yourself from the cpio preventing your accompanying person, you can intiate the process in your
RTI application itself, a few auestions to be framed for the same are:
*Who would be the staff/officer from your side who would identify me the files when I come to inspect along with my friend?
*Who would sign the file inspection report from your side along with myself and a public witness who would accopmany me.
