There is another way of giving Grounds in first Appeal , like :

below is given an example of doing it :
GROUNDS OF APPEAL
this appeal is being filed on following amongst other grounds :--
1. Because the Respondent PIO has not responded to RTI Application which amounts to deemed denial of information .
2. Because the Respondent has supplied incomplete information as he has not replied to xx paras of RTI Application
3.
4. ..... so on .

you have to attach copies of RTI Appl , IPO or other proof of payment of RTI Fee , proof of sending RTI Receipt ( postal receipt ) , Order of PIO and any other document to support your claim .

First Appeal in single copy can be sent by RPAD / Speed post to Appellate Authority in the department .

i have applied the passport in the month of september of 2010..till i have not recieved my passport ...in my passport status police report is incomplete regarding to solve that problem i have to submit study and bonafide certificate to passport office.... from the month of december i am submitted the certifictae to the passport office nearly 3 -5 times. still there is no response regarding the solving of my problem till now... i need the passport immediatelg for the purpose of my further studies..can u give me suggestion to get my passport as early as possible using RTI act..........please reply the post

My file number is BN1071285380910.I applied for the renewal of passport on Dec 10 ,2010.
My police verification(Madivala) is already done jan 29 ,2011.But the verification
report has not reached to Dist. Commisioner police office, Bangalore.
When i enquire from the passport office , Dist. Commissioner police passport division has to scan and upload the police verification.

I am not getting the exact status where is my file.


Please help me to get the way for speed up the verification process.
