How to check driving licence details online

Dear sir,
I lost my Driving Licence(Kerala). I know my Licence number.
How can i check my licence details by online.
I tried to check through this site : .: Kerala Motor Vehicles Department :. LICENSE DETAILS

I provided my details such as Licence number and date of birth. But i am getting a messagelike this
"Your License Number is Changed. For further correspondence contact Licensing Authority, RTO, TRIVANDRUM"

so please help in this matter....
