sir pl refer the attatachments in order n pl guide me further what to do, as there is no responce from either of the concerned departments till date, or forward this attatchments to the concerned departments so that i get a proper record.i am fighting tooth n nail to retrieve my property from the offcials cum land mafias.

a.1. I am unable to view (due to slow connection) the attachments by you.

b. You may file FIRST APPEAL with FAA/higher officer than PIO in that office.The time limit for filing First Appeal is 30 days from the date of PIO's reply or the date on which you were supposed to receive it.

respected sir in very short, pl refer the attatched files of the various pios right from block level to district to thesil to sdm to ur commissionery at lucknow by govt.post(recipt photocopies of sent recipt included).
sir till date i havent received any sort of information from the various concerned depat.

Dear Shakeel

a. You may file a detailed complaint with head of the district and state (revenue dept) explaining the scene and in case of no action in reasonable time file RTI application with both offices and ask for action taken report on your complaint.

c. RTI is meant for seeking info (only) not for seeking clarification/getting anything done/filing complaint.

d. In addition, please take expert advise from legal expert/ lawyer also.

Since i am unable to upload the files through the link which you have given below, so once again i have uploaded in the directory itself afresh. I am writing in the forum for further advice and for reference to the file plz visit the directory only. And any other easy plz advice.
