Amit ji Procedure of filing RTI application is: 1. RTI Application with Fee to PIO 2. If no reply in 30 (or 35 days in case of submission to APIO or under Section 6(3)), First Appeal to the First Appellate Authority (normally a officer higher than the PIO) 3. If no reply in 45 days to the First Appeal, then Second Appeal to the SIC /CIC (time period is 90 days) AND Please see the following thread/s : 1. co-op hsg.society matters 2. Cooperative Housing Society RTI form link in post #3 of the second thread Presently for Mumbai: Deputy Registrar has been appointed as PIO, and District Deputy Registrar as the First Appellate Authority. Possibly this info will be of good help to you Revert back if you still have any doubts, members will definately help you out . regards |
