we can do it by rti..!
dear all,i used rti on more than six occasions. to get a duplicate registration certificate of a two wheeler,where the original is lost in the rto office,pune itself. then,when i searched for a document of a land sale deed, i was diverted from south to north in chennai. but, an application under rti provided the copies from the registrar of documents. also, to obtain medical history of a deceased patient(thanks.mr.dr.pathak) after twenty three years which was turned down by state info commission. recently,to get the rules of tamil nadu electricity board, which allotted LT connection without proper sale deed,sic has ordered tneb to furnish the details sought by me by 14th april. i thank rtiindia.org,specially dr.pathak, and other friends for their valuable suggestions. i am confident together we succeed.. thank you.
