The Commission recognizes that the Appellant had have to pursue this appeal before the
Commission and has suffered by not getting the information for which has paid the additional fees demanded by the PIO. In view of this the Commission under Section 19(8)(b) awarding a compensation of Rs.1000/- to the Appellant for the loss and detriment suffered by him
