provide illegal building map and the name & designation of the officer who pass the map
My neighbor illegally extended his building over my premises.I wrote RTI letter with postal order of Rs.10/- to Municipality Chairman to take legal action and to provide illegal building map and the name & designation of the officer who pass the map but the Municipality Chairman has not replied to my application.now to whom should I give my first appeal and plz provide me a sample if possible.

you can seek only INFORMATION under RTI Act [ NOT LEGAL ACTION ] . If you had sought building plan , then the PIO was required to respond in 30 days of receipt of your RTI Application [ if Application was as per relevant State RTI Rules ]
plz name the STATE where RTI Appl was filed and on which date it was filed .

I suggest you reproduce here your RTI Application that you had sent for better suggestions from members here .
