Hi All, I need some information regading payment of an employee working at one of the stations at Mumbai Suburbs as Booking Clerk under RTI . Please let me know the detailed procedure right from scratch Regards Sanjay B Parmar      |

Just file a RTI Application asking for the information you want with the PIO of the Public Authority for which that employee is working. If it is the railways, then your RTI application needs to be as per the RTI Rules and Fees for the centre. These are available in the guide segment of the forum: RTI Guide If you wish, you can upload your application draft here and our helpful members will guide you further. Salary details of Public Servants or employees of the Public Authority have to be disclosed under RTI. In fcat, they should have been disclosed suo-motu (on their own) by the employer under Sec 4(1)(b) of the RTI act. |
