Ceaseaean deliveries in private hospitals

I want to get information from a private hospitals regarding total no. of maternity deliveries that have been done in past 3 years. How many were normal deliveries and how many were ceasearian. Out of the caesiearn deliveries wht percentage of the patients were medically insured whose payment was given by the insurance company.
To get this information from a private hospital how can i use RTI .
I have heard a lot about the doctors and the hospitals misusing the insurance of the patients and when they come to know that the patient does not has to bear the cost they do ceaseaean deliveries.
