For instance, the BJP, the main opposition party, has an RTI cell that operates at both the central and state levels. Headed by Supreme Court lawyer Vijay Garg, its stated objective, in his words, is to "weed out corruption" in high offices. He says officials of the cell not only source information through the RTI route, but also process it to pinpoint stories for the media.

As a common man against public office corruption , you may note these two addresses if ever you are stone-walled in important matters of public interest .

In this age of transparency if anything must be confined, it can be only if it matters national security.Anything that has been done in past for any specific purpose must meet transparency at certain stage. So I don't think govt is weak and RTI a tool to dig out official secret Act.If anyone think that these above news are just by chance, no ,there is much more going on.Every news making headlines has either directed or for diversion.Public must debate, it's healthy sign of democracy & no organisation should be exempted from transparency. The organisation which public will give privilege will ultimatley bring shame & national disaster one day so better whipped by own countrymen rather than enemy.People must understand that by exposing scams they are getting involved in democratic process, what matter most is does anyone get punished , how ,when & why and does system evolve itself to more transparency and stop such corruption rather than stopping for being exposed.
