Written Complaint to SHO. I lodged a written complaint to SHO in the month of January 2012. The beat constable visited my house twice but did not take any action so far. There is no written response from the SHO so far and the matter is still not resolved. Do I need to send a written reminder to SHO and copy to ACP or I can straight away right to ACP alongwith the copy of my original complaint which I lodged in Janyary 2012. Is SHO supposed to resolve the issue or send the response in writing? Can I get the response through RTI? Please suggest. Thanks,

Re: Written Complaint to SHO.
Dear Mr. Sharma
Please reframe your queries as suggested by Shri Syed and RTI application fee : Rs.10/- ONLY Delhi RTI Rules and Fees - Guide
OR its typing error as you have mentioned Rs.100/- in the application.

Re: Written Complaint to SHO.
Under to Guide "Know your PIO/First Appellate Authority", it says "Information for PIO, Police (Delhi) has not been submitted". Can anyone guide whether this appeal can be sent? If, yes, to who? In the meantime, I can reframe my queries as suggested by Mr Syed.Sponsorer
Thanks,
VKS

First Appeal can be made only 'after receiving the PIO reply' [or] 'if no response by PIO in 30 days'
I think you are in the very first stage of RTI cycle i.e. Sending RTI Application..
I have drafted the RTI Application for you. You have to fill-in your details such as Name & Communication, sign the application and send it through Registered Post with Acknowledgement / Speed Post with Acknowledgement.
Sharma_RTI.docx
Along with the RTI application, you will have to attach the copy of Complaint sent to SHO.
Regards,
Syed
