Rajasthan Information comission allowed inspection of answersheet including each document related to particular exam in form of tabulation sheet, data omr sheet, computer data sheet, attendance sheet . In the same judgement Comissions allowed the reason to know for delay in results and discrepancies in results.
This is very fair decision first time by Rajasthan information comission in favour of students. We always welcome such initiative. In the post the scan copy of 6532/2011 Abhishek Jain vs. RTU and DNA coverage is attached. Please comments....

These judgement are came after the matter is sort out in effect of order of RIC previous orders and HC jaipur judgement CWP 17260/2011 Abhishek jain vs. RTU kota. But still the matter is on heights of RTI success.
