    CIC directed to Foreign Secretary, Ministry of External Affairs to ensure that all PIOs and deemed PIOs are given proper training on RTI.

    The Orders of the CIC are as under :

    Decision No. CIC/AD/A/2011/901362/SGAdjunct
    Appeal No. CIC/AD/A/2011/901362/SG

    The Commission directs the Foreign Secretary, Ministry of External Affairs to ensure that all PIOs and deemed PIOs are given proper training on RTI. The Commission directs the Foreign Secretary to inform the Commission and the Appellant about the steps being taken to train all the PIOs and deemed PIOs. The Foreign Secretary will send the letter providing this information to the Appellant and the Commission before 01/06/2012.
