Life threat from a govt teacher after filing RTI Application about his recruitment details

My brother had filed a RTI application to PIO/Mandal Educational Officer for information

regarding a Govt Teacher working in a govt school as his recruitment is bogus

My brother had filed regarding details of his(govt teacher) recruitment like caste, rank &

marks obtained in DSC, native district...etc.

Now my family received information through some persons(relatives to us) that the govt

teacher is planning to do something extreme with my brother and our relatives told us to be

safe as they got the information(with good intention)

My brother want to give a complaint to District SP and State Information Commission, Andhra

Pradesh regarding life threat

What should i write in my complaint to SP?

2. Also write to District Collector and the Principal Secretary, Education Department (in Secretariat) under whom that Mandal Educational Officer is working.

Do it immediately without wasting further time.

Just meet/call the person who issued that threat to you. Record the conversation. During the meet/call make him talk more, and let him make some statement from his mouth.

First don't go to any local police station..

Go to either Commissioner office or Collector Office and handover the recorded conversation.

Actually that govt teacher has passed the threat to me indirectly by speaking to some of my relative whom he knows too.
So i don't have proof and my relative is also a coward person who don't support me.

So i want to know what should i write in my complaint

The case will not be a strong one unless you provide an evidence, and can be easily turned down even if it reaches court room.
