non implementation of CIC orders
CIC has ordered for disclosure of information pertaining to the points raised by me in the RTI petitions. But, the CPIO has furnished irrelevant, internal correspondence seeking information from various departments in the Bank (not relevant to the RTI petition) and said it complied with CIC orders. I have raised this mischievous, non compliance of orders to CIC in August 2011 followed by at least three emails reminding both CIC and the CPIO about non compliance of orders and malicious, mischievous diversion of the actual issue. So far, there is no response either from CPIO or CIC. When orders of CIC itself are not implemented and when CIC himself has not responded to non compliance, where we can approach and under what provisions can we approach for redressal? Can any one please enlighten.

Re: non implementation of CIC orders
Get the CIC inward diary number of your Non Compliance complaint and the reminders from here: Check Status of RTI Complaints / Appeals: Central Information Commission (CIC) OnlineSponsorer
Once you get the diary numbers, then file a RTI application with the PIO of CIC and ask for the status of your non compliance complaint.

Re: non implementation of CIC orders
Mostly they don't care for the emails.non compliance of orders to CIC in August 2011 followed by at least three emails reminding both CIC and the CPIO about non compliance of orders
1. If you have sent by post, then do as Kariraji advised.
2. Else, send by post to the CIC, describing the matter, referring the File No. and with heading "Non-compliance of CIC order".
I don't think if you will send complaint u/s 18, you will be able to fetch information (latest SC decision SIC vs Manipur state).
Then follow as said in #1.
Exercise your Right To get Information by holding Govt. accountable to the governed.
