Net taxable income and TEP outcome cannot be denied under Sec 8(1)(j)
In a recent order IC DS has ruled that net taxable income of third party and outcome of TEP petition cannot be denied under Sec 8(1)(j).

When was the Net taxable income given, at first it was denied u/s 8 ????Sponsorer
so this is fact now it is after this order Net Taxable Income was provided correct me if i am wrong
