can I retrieve an employee's info. from a company like..Colgate-Palmolive! Hi..!
Regarding a court proceeding, if I need the employment information of an employee, working in a company like Colgate-Palmolive, is it possible to get that anyhow, with the help of RTI act...? (In Maharashtra!)
Please let me know the possible clauses.
