Whether RTI martyrs are awarded posthumously.

Hon'ble members. In view of your friend, army men, policemen, and other servicemen are awarded by the Central and State Governments for excellent services either during the service and even some are awarded posthumously. Some times your friend thinks that whatever is earned by teaching to students is spent on school fee of children , buying postal orders, registry tickets and other general expenses. It is truth that in our country RTI Activists are most vulnerable. I think that every RTI Activist facing life threats, illegal prosecution, mental and physical tortures ipsofacto obvious. In view of your friend, we are fighting with the biggest cancer (corruption) of the country and facing the outburst of corrupt politicians, bureaucrats and judicial members. Whether this is not obligatory duty of our central and state governments to arrange pension and other pecuniar benefits for our berieved families posthumously. I think that we are facing more danger in comparison to army men guarding our fronts. This is constitutional duty of each democratically elected government to provide protection and security to its citizens as far as possible but there is lacuna in schielding RTI Activists by state machinery. Senior bureaucrats and politicians hate to our community but what is fault of our families who face disaster after the barbaric murder of lone income earner of family. We know that governments will not pay their heed to our welknown problems faced by our families as full of corrupt people but we should raise this burnimg problem before appropriate constitutional bodies, it may be, some one may generous.

Hon'ble members. Every one knows it well, both the central and state government are facing growing problem of corruption in its government machinery. Crores of government fund is being secured by RTI Activists by enquiring about them and if needed, these activists are filing F.I.R. to concern police stations and in case police is not lodging F.I.R. ,then under section 156 (3) of crpc seeking direction from court to lodge F.I.R. against sabotagers of economy of country on their own expenditure. It is unfortunate that those speak morality on public plateform do nothing for these RTI martyrs who become victim of conspiracy hatched by corrupt politicians, bureaucrats and judicial members. I accept it these corrupt men hate RTI Activists because of their crusade against corruption but once that messiah of poor expired then at least berieved family should not be seen to wreak vengeance.
