Applicant asked for some Property details of the Managing Director of Karnataka State Coir Development Corporation. Information denied under Sec 8(1)(j). First Appeal also rejected. Karnataka SIC allowed disclosure. The Managing Director filed a writ in the High Court against the SIC order.High Court ruled that the order of the SIC stands and is correct.
