SG is more of RTI Activist than IC

I may be a fan of SG, and I do have some reasons for that.

Not all the time, but most of the time when he finds that there is a delay / malafide intensions he never hesitated to use Sec 20

There are many RTI activists who are clearly unhappy with IC SG and the way he conducts hearings:

1. Tries to hurry up and finish fast
2. Whole concentration is on quantity and not quality of orders
3. Appellants complain that he does not give them enough time/opportunity to speak
4. Slow on grasping the subject
5. Starts the hearing with a fixed view

and ooooops.....

6. He imposes very few penalties

In this order, IC SG lets off the PIO of CIC because "It appears that the deemed PIO Mr. D. C. Singh has not understood the provision and he sincerely regrets the mistake."
(This was regarding Sec 7(6) for providing information free of charge since 30 days time was over.)
