CIC impose penalty of Rs. 8500/- on Shri R K Singh, Branch Manager, SBI Manakpur states
The Orders of the CIC are as under :
Appeal: No.CIC/DS/A/2011/000904
The Public Authorityis directed to recover the amount of Rs. 8500/- from the salary of the CPIO and remit the same by a demand draft or a Banker’s cheque in the name of the Pay & Accounts Officer, CAT, payable at New Delhi and send the same to ShriPankaj K.P. Shreyaskar, Director and Joint Registrar of the Central Information Commission, 2nd. Floor, August Kranti Bhawan, New Delhi110066.The amount may be deducted from his salary of Shri R.K. Singh, in two installments, the first installment of Rs. 5000/- from the salary for month of May, 2012 and thebalance amount of Rs.3500 for the month of June, 2012.
